I'm not receiving media from contributors
First, confirm contributors are texting the correct private number, then check your gallery's flagged items — AI moderation may be holding submissions for review.
If media is still missing, email us the phone number and an approximate send time and we'll trace it.
How do I cancel or change my subscription?
Sign in to the app and open your account settings to change plans or cancel. Changes take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Can I get my media out of Qwikfolio?
Yes — every plan includes digital delivery. Download your full gallery, generate a PowerPoint with one click, or use webhooks to push media to your own systems.
Does Qwikfolio work on my contributors' phones?
Qwikfolio's platform is usable on any device that has a web browser.
Additionally, for media contributors, any phone that can send text messages is able to contribute!
